Top of the morning to ya!

This year I have been making a slow transition into veganism – not only has my body been calling for a lighter diet, but there are so many reasons to avoid meat and cheese and animal products.  I love this recipe because it’s fast, delicious, and packed with nutrients that will keep you satisfied and light for at least a few hours.

Omega Strawberry Avocado Toast


2 Pieces of Ezekiel Low Sodium Toast

1/2 Avocado

5 Fresh, Organic Strawberries

1 Tablespoon of Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds

A Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
